PlanUSA (formerly called Childreach,) is a global organization intent on making real and lasting changes in the lives of the neediest children all over the world.

Through Plan International, one of the oldest and largest organizations of its kind, over 10 million children and their families are the beneficiaries of grass-roots interventions and self-help programs that put the children first. Families and entire communities are helped by these programs. PlanUSA makes these lasting improvements primarily through child sponsorship.

Founded in 1937 as The Foster Parents Plan, the worldwide PLAN International Family is made up of 14 member organizations that are responsible for recruiting new sponsors. You could be one of them! This doesn't require much of your time -- just the few minutes it takes to write out a small check each month.
