The Philip Hayden Foundation

The Philip Hayden Foundation was established in 1991 to help China's orphaned and special needs children.

This non-profit organization's primary work involves the establishment of children's villages in Mainland China where abandoned and at-risk children receive the care and love they need. 95% of the children served by PHF are special-needs children who have been abandoned by their parents because they were "broken."

Working with local orphanages, the Philip Hayden Foundation intervenes on the at-risk child's behalf, arranges foster care, provides for surgeries if necessary, and then works with adoption agencies to find permanent loving homes for these kids.
